The Regional Wellbeing Survey is delivered by the University of Canberra and is designed to develop an accurate picture of life in regional Australia. If 100 people in an area complete the survey the university can drill down to local data which is helpful to Council in planning, grant writing, lobbying and so on.
There are three different levels of survey depending on how much time you have.
