Council places important documents on public exhibition to allow members of the public to provide their feedback and have their say.

Why make a submission and what happens to my submission?

  • Your submission is used by Council to assist in its decision making processes.
  • Your personal information contained in your submission is collected by Council for the purpose of corresponding with you about your submission.
  • If you make an anonymous submission, Council will be unable to contact you further.
  • A summary of the points made in your submission will be contained in the Council meetings business paper and made public on Council’s website, your personal information will not be displayed.

PUBLIC EXHIBITION 
Various Policies

Notice is hereby given that the Council intends to adopt the Rural Addressing Policy after an exhibition period of 28 days.

The policy will be available for public inspection at the Goolgowi Office, Hillston District Office, and the Hillston Library. The policies will also be available on Council’s Website: www.carrathool.nsw.gov.au.

Any enquiries should be directed to Council on 6965 1900.

At any time during the public exhibition period, submissions in writing will be received by Council and must be addressed to the undersigned.  Submissions can be sent by mail, or email as shown below, and must be received by 4.15 pm on Tuesday 14 May 2024. Prior to formal adoption of the policy, Council will take into consideration any submissions that have been received.
